• One free reschedule is permitted per booking

5.4 Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may forfeit the full session fee
• No-shows forfeit the full session fee
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to trainer illness or emergencies

6. Payment Terms

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Custom packages are priced individually
